How It All Started ⚡
We’re Jake, Tyler, and Marcus — three buddies in our mid-30s from the U.S. who grew up riding old-school gas-powered motocross bikes through dusty trails, muddy backroads, and whatever off-road playground we could find.
Each of us followed different paths in life. Jake went deep into mechanics and engineering, Tyler turned his love of writing and communication into a career in media, and Marcus studied environmental science and became obsessed with sustainable living.
But no matter where life took us, dirt bikes were always our common ground. Then came the game changer: one of us stumbled on an early model electric dirt bike at a small local event. Silent, smooth, but ridiculously powerful.
The curiosity turned into an obsession. Within months, we were all testing models, debating batteries, swapping parts, and riding like kids again — but this time, with zero noise and zero emissions. It combined everything we loved: adrenaline, innovation, and respect for nature.
It was the perfect ride. And that’s when we noticed something… There was barely any solid information online. No real community. No honest reviews. No guides that spoke our language.
So, we did what we do best when we can’t find what we need — we built it. That’s how Electric Dirt Zone was born. A place for people like us — riders, tinkerers, nature lovers, and curious minds — to learn, explore, and fall in love with the world of electric dirt bikes.
